What printing methods do you use?+
DTG and DTF for apparel, sublimation for mugs and accessories, giclée for canvas and posters.
Will my AI art print well?+
We generate at print-ready resolution. For uploads, aim for 2000×2000px or higher.
What if my product arrives damaged?+
We replace any misprint or damage at no cost. Email support within 30 days with a photo.

Who owns my AI-generated art?+
You do. Use it however you want, including reselling.
Can I generate copyrighted characters?+
No. Prompts depicting copyrighted characters or real identifiable people may be rejected by our model.
What file types can I upload?+
PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG up to 25MB.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a custom item?+
Because each item is made to order, returns are only accepted for misprints, damage, or defects.
When will I be refunded?+
